Cody Sayers was hired several years ago as our grill chef where he honed his skills and rose through the ranks. Now, as executive chef, Cody continues the lodge’s tradition of sourcing ingredients from local purveyors. He has put his stamp on the menu by taking elements from classic dishes and personalizing them with his unique flair.
